Sometimes, self-discovery and change doesn’t happen through talking, it happens through your body. Working with clay is immediate, grounding, and revealing. It bypasses overthinking and brings you into the present.
Art coaching uses simple clay techniques to help you process emotions, explore transitions, and connect with yourself on a deeper, more physical level. Whether you're feeling stuck, in transition, or just craving a more embodied way to explore what’s alive for you, this process offers a different kind of support.
This is a hands-on approach that combines elements of art therapy and coaching. It’s not about making perfect pieces; it’s about making space for yourself.
I offer a few different types of art therapy: a 6-week program “The Art Of Becoming: A Journey Through Clay” (small-group or 1:1) or ongoing 1:1 sessions tailored to your needs.

A 6-Week Journey
This isn’t your average ceramics or coaching program. It’s a space to reconnect with yourself through clay, journaling, and reflection. Over six weeks, you’ll move through a guided emotional arc.

Want to go deeper, one-on-one? These sessions are a blend of ceramics and life coaching: personal, intuitive, and shaped around what you need most. We follow what’s alive for you and ready to be felt, explored, or expressed.

Single-Session Themes
Sometimes a single session is all you need to land, feel, and explore what’s present. These sessions will center around themes like Self-Trust, Coping with Change, and Attachment & Relationship Styles, using clay as a way back to yourself.
